Resort Report: W Los Angeles – West Beverly Hills

Meet Nancy, a local Los Angeles-based fashion blogger who delights in sharing her love of styling, travel, food, fun, and fitness on her website, Fancy Nanc-ista. What’s a girl to do without a pool, but the fortune of having a work-from-home job? Send her out for a daycation on a random Wednesday, that’s what!

The W Los Angeles in West Beverly Hills is surrounded by lush florals, palm trees, and a relaxing pool deck, WET. The luxurious, yet trendy atmosphere is the perfect place to spend a day in bliss (and day passes start at just $35 each!).

Nancy began her day at Bliss Spa and experienced a 60 Minute Extreme Sports Massage. A rich paraffin and mud mixture allows the muscles to warm up and relax before deep tissue pressure is applied. She told us the massage was “amazing.”

After heading down a pretty walkway, she made her way to the sparkling pool where she soaked up the sun under a private cabana, fully stocked with chilled bottled waters and a fresh fruit plate. Her friend joined in for this part, and was already waiting for her when she arrived!

Talk about a spread! All poolside food and drinks can be ordered (for an additional fee) through The Hideout Restaurant. The food is phenomenal and there’s even frozen rose’, if that’s your thing.

When you hang out at the W during the week (like Nancy did), you might get lucky enough to have the entire pool area almost all to yourself! With summer coming to end, this September afternoon was such a treat.
